IT Support Engineers / Customer Support Agents
Requirement:
- Thai National, Male or Female, Age 22-26 years old.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences or any related fields. (fresh graduates welcome)
- General IT Skills
- Good Skill in English (Speaking, Reading and Writing)
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Can-do attitude, responsible and motivated.
- Ability to work on shifts
Desired:
- Familarity with ITIL framework, BSM knowledge
- Knowledge of Client/Server Architectures
- Database knowledge (MySQL, MS-SQL, Oracle)
- Windows XP, Vista, Server and *nix knowledge.
- Knowledge of German, Spanish or French is a definitive plus.
Responsibilities:
Call Management:
- Receiving all calls from customers within agreed response time
- Providing solutions to the customers via phone / email
- Log all the call data to Servicedesk Call Management system
- Dispatch calls to appropriate service partner/vendor
- Provide remote diagnostic to customer system.
Problem Management:
- Remote Troubleshooting of client and server applications
- Monitor progress of calls independently.
- Escalate calls which will exceed the "SLA" criteria.
Reporting:
- Prepare call log data for Managed Service Reports
- Maintenance of Call log data.
On-site Support
Provide engineering on-site service
