IT Support Engineers / Customer Support Agents

Requirement:

  • Thai National, Male or Female, Age 22-26 years old.
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences or any related fields. (fresh graduates welcome)
  • General IT Skills
  • Good Skill in English (Speaking, Reading and Writing)
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Can-do attitude, responsible and motivated.
  • Ability to work on shifts

Desired:

  • Familarity with ITIL framework, BSM knowledge
  • Knowledge of Client/Server Architectures
  • Database knowledge (MySQL, MS-SQL, Oracle)
  • Windows XP, Vista, Server and *nix knowledge.
  • Knowledge of German, Spanish or French is a definitive plus.

Responsibilities:

Call Management:

  • Receiving all calls from customers within agreed response time
  • Providing solutions to the customers via phone / email
  • Log all the call data to Servicedesk Call Management system
  • Dispatch calls to appropriate service partner/vendor
  • Provide remote diagnostic to customer system.

Problem Management:

  • Remote Troubleshooting of client and server applications
  • Monitor progress of calls independently.
  • Escalate calls which will exceed the "SLA" criteria.

Reporting:

  • Prepare call log data for Managed Service Reports
  • Maintenance of Call log data.

On-site Support
Provide engineering on-site service
